Directions to Portsmouth Dental,
Offices of Dr. William Devaney, D.M.D.

Our office is located in the Lafayette Professional Park, which has entrances from both Lafayette Rd. and South St. The Lafayette Professional Park consists of a series of brick buildings that are labeled by the letter A-E. We are located, in Building C, on the second floor.

If you are coming to our office from the Massachusetts area:

• Take 95 North through the Hampton toll booth.
• Take the first exit after the toll booth, which will be Exit 3. At the end of the ramp there will be a set of lights.
• Take a right.
• There will be two sets of lights that you will continue straight through. Up ahead you will come to another set of lights and there will be a baseball field on your left, and a cemetery on your right.
• Continue straight.
• You are currently on Middle Road. Approximately 1/2 mile ahead you will reach a fork in the road, there will be a light blue/gray house in the middle of the fork, bare to the right, this is South Street.
• You will see a set of lights ahead, right before reaching the light (Approx. 5 houses) you will see the South St. entrance to the Lafayette Professional Park.
• Enter the park, we are located in building C on the second floor.

Note: If you miss this entrance, take a right at the lights and enter the park from Lafayette Rd.


If you are coming to the office from the Portsmouth Traffic Circle:

• At the traffic circle, you need to take the exit for the Rt. 1 by-pass South.
• You will approach two sets of lights immediately.
• At the first light you will see a GMC/Pontiac/Cadillac dealership to your left. At the second light you will notice a Hospital sign.
• Continue straight through these 2 sets of lights.
• You will approach a set of lights after being on a little stretch of the by-pass, at this light you will notice a Dodge dealership to your right. You need to take a left at this set of lights.
• You will go up a short road and reach a stop sign that is located on a hill. At the stop sign, you are going to take a left. ( Because you are on a hill and the road you are entering is on a hill, it is more of baring to the left and up the hill) This is Lafayette Rd.
• Continue up the little hill and approximately 4 houses up on the left hand side you will see the entrance to the Lafayette Professional park.
• Take a left into the park, and an immediate right.
• We are located in building C on the second floor.
